Mr. T Sriram
Partner
Mr. T Sriram is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and is in practice since 1972.
- He specializes in Corporate Advisory and Taxation and is a well known Indirect tax consultant in India. He is especially recognized for his contribution in connection with taxation of Works Contracts and Leasing Mr. Sriram has served as the President of the India National Chapter of the Institute of Internal Auditors, Florida, USA and also as its District Representative in the Middle East and India.
- He is on the Board of several well known Companies in Bangalore.
- He has been an active Rotarian over three decades and was President of Rotary Bangalore South West. In addition to the above, he has held various positions in the Rotary International District 3190.
- He was the Trustee of Bangalore Kidney Foundation, a renowned charitable organization running a hospital and Dialysis Centre and the Chairman of CIVIC Bangalore, a citizen’s forum.
- Ritesh Mehta is a Managing Partner of the Firm and heads the Corporate Advisory, Valuation and the Indirect Tax Practice of the firm.
- He specializes in transaction advisory and guides Companies on tax structures, valuation and governance framework. Along with being on the advisory board of large Corporates and advising them on strategy, finance and governance, Ritesh has also been steering start ups over the last decade, helping them setup robust systems that enable better compliance and governance, and getting them ‘due diligence ready’.
- He has authored several articles on Indirect Taxation and has been instrumental in setting up India specific tax frameworks for Multinationals.
- Ritesh is involved in several philanthropic initiatives, working with Rotary and also serving as a Director of Bangalore Kidney Foundation.
- Ritesh is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has been a Practicing Chartered Accountant since 2004. An avid reader and passionate traveler, Ritesh lives in Bengaluru with his wife, son and numerous pets.
Vijay Tadimalla, the Managing Partner of the firm, comes from a family of Professionals comprising of Chartered Accountants and Lawyers. Vijay has vast experience in Corporate Advisory, Audit & Assurance and highly focused result oriented special assignments.
- He completed his training from Deloitte, Haskins & Sells in 2003 and since Co-founded the Firm, heading its Audit & Assurance Division.
- He is a fellow member of the ICAI and has handled Internal Audits, Statutory Audits, Risk profiling, Forensic Audits and Process Review assignments for several large corporations.
- He has been instrumental in turning around Corporates by adopting Best Practices and Structured Systems of Working.
- His experience spans industry sectors and Geographies. He has set up the Forensic and Management Audit Division of the Firm servicing Clientele across India.
- He is currently serving as an Advisor / Director on the Board of Directors for several Companies. He is actively involved in Rotary International and has served as Club President (One of the Youngest in India) District Treasurer, Assistant Governor, Chairman Finance Committee and Audit Committee.
- His passion has led him to advise large projects in the area of music and sports on a purely voluntary / honorary basis. He spends considerable amount of time mentoring Philanthropic Organisations and Projects.
- He is currently a Trustee of The East West School and manages the Finance Portfolio of the Institution.
Kavitha, is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and is in practice since 2005. Kavitha heads the Direct Taxes, Corporate Law and Corporate Advisory divisions of the Firm.
- Her experience includes tax advisory, tax litigation management, Cross Border Transactions, Transfer Pricing, International Taxation and Corporate Tax Structuring across industries. She has successfully represented Clients before various Appellate authorities and other forums.
- She advises multi-national corporates on joint ventures, inbound and outbound investments and transaction structuring. Her specialisation lies in offering solutions by relating business strategies to tax and regulatory environment.
- She has vast experience in dealing with statutory audits, finance and corporate governance matters of companies, partnerships, Trusts etc. and mentoring and advising Start-ups. She also helps clients in Succession Planning and Family Arrangements.
- She is part of Board of Directors and Board of Advisors of many companies.
- She is a member of Kannada Sahitya Parishad and writes articles on social awareness topics in regional newspapers. She is the Founder and Managing Trustee of ‘Chiranthana’, a NGO functioning in rural Karnataka, The Trust is mainly focusing on education in rural areas.
- She loves Carnatic Music and plays the Veena.
Miss Sushma Jindal, the youngest of the partners, heads the Internal Audit division of the Firm. She carries an experience of 10 years in the field of Statutory Audits, Internal Audits, Forensic Audits and Business Advisory Services.
- Upon completing her CA in the year 2011, she joined the Firm as an Audit Manager. Being an integral part of the robust growth of the Firm, she climbed the ladder to become a partner at the firm in January 2017.
- An embodiment of calm demeanor, she soon became the go-to business operations advisor for her clients.
Also a Certified Forensic Auditor, she is an expert in the field of Forensic audit and stewards the Department of Forensic Audit & Investigations in the firm - She leads from the front and over the course of her career, she has mentored numerous candidates in leadership.
- Mr. Varun, is one of the youngest Partner. He leads the Direct Taxation practice of the Firm.
- He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
- Mr. Varun started his journey in the field of Chartered Accountancy with TSMT,having joined the firm as an Article Assistant way back in 2011.
- Upon qualifying as a Chartered Accountant, he was entrusted with handling the Direct Taxation department in the role of Manager. Soon thereafter, in 2018, he was promoted to Partner.
- As an expert in the field of Income Tax and International
Taxation, he has assisted numerous clients in successfully overcoming their strategic business predicaments and in representing them across various Appellate Authorities. - Aside from the world of numbers, Mr. Varun is a very active sports enthusiast, a dedicated fitness follower and an active Rotoractor to make a complete package of a thorough professional and a great human being.
- Mr. Ravi is a Fellow Chartered Accountant with industry expertise in the areas of Internal Audit, Fraud Detection, Risk based audits and setting up captive BPO for a large organization.
- He has been responsible to coordinate with Big4 like KPMG and PWC in large M&A deal in India and abroad leading to a fruition.
- He has been instrumental in detecting large frauds running into millions of dollars in the past. He uses more of scientific and technical expertise in fraud detections coming from a science background before becoming a CA.
- He has worked for several industries dealing in Cement manufacturing, Mining, Logistics, FMCG, Automobile, Educational and Metal packaging in India and abroad.
- He is cool tempered and exhibits great team management skills. He has solely managed team sizes of more than 100 team members.
- Travelling is his hobby and is a globe trotter. He enjoys thriller movies and books with suspense. He participates in playing chess and carrom. He is a good Volleyball & Badminton player. He actively participates in charitable activities.

- A qualified Chartered Accountant of 1981 batch with over 32 years’ of rich experience in the industry managing the overall Finance functions with focus on Business Planning, Financial Management, Accounting, Controlling, Treasury and team management for large and complex Business verticals
- Mr. Krishnan, is an effective communicator, motivator and manager, skilled in delegating appropriately to create a productive and cohesive team environment. He has experienced working in fast paced environments demanding strong organizational, technical and interpersonal skills.
- Post Qualification, he worked with TELCO, Pune Plant, as Cost and Management Accountant for five years post which he moved on to Monsanto India Limited, Mumbai (now merged with BUYERS India), where he headed the finance department.
- He worked as a Financial Controller at Al Jaber Group,U A E, one of the biggest contracting & construction companies in the Middle East. He spent close to 21 years in Dubai & Abu Dhabi. On return to India, he worked with Strides Arcolab Limited, Bangalore as Chief Group Internal Auditor during his last five years before retiring from industry.
- Post Retirement, after a short stint of teaching as a faculty in Christ College in Cost and financial management, has been the guiding light at TSMT since November 2014 on various audit projects including AMUL, Nash, KWK, Divyasree group etc.
He is an amateur sportsman and a passionate singer!
- Mr. Vijay Suhajani, is a Fellow member of Institute of Chartered accountants of India since 1992. Has over 30 years’ experience working in Industry with many foreign multinationals.
- His industry experience is very vide and varied heading Finance and Controlling functions including overseas companies of various multinationals, implementation of ERP’s such as Manufacturing Pro and SAP in many companies, taxation both direct and indirect, customs and company law and commercial functions of plant.
- He has been involved in SVB, Transfer pricing audit of companies at Customs and Income tax. He also has experience in handling NGO accounts and was instrumental in getting various exemptions in Income tax and Home ministry for in house NGO of a global group.
- In his industry role, he was involved in mergers and de mergers and multiple project implementation at numerous sites of various multinationals. He has held directorship at associate companies of his group for many years.
- You will find him reading novels, when he not pre occupied with work.
- Mr. Ravi heads the Litigation team in Direct taxation. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 7 years of experience in the field of Corporate Taxation, Advisory and Litigation. Has rich experience in representing clients before various Tax authorities.
- He has authored many articles on Direct taxation which have been published at various forums.
- He is actively associated with Karnataka State Chartered Accountants Association (KSCAA) and has been Direct tax committee member for two consecutive years.
- On the personal front, a coffee lover with a penchant for travelling, watching movies and sports.
